R4 RADSOK® Technology: Featuring Amphenol’s R4 RADSOK® technology, the SurLok Plus™ achieves enhanced electrical performance with high conductivity, low insertion force, and superior contact stability. The stamped and formed grid structure maximizes the surface area for efficient current distribution, providing high reliability even in demanding environments.

High Voltage and Current Ratings: Available in both 1000V DC and 1500V DC versions, SurLok Plus™ supports a wide range of current ratings from 50A to 500A. These capabilities make it an ideal solution for high-voltage systems where dependable, high-current transmission is required.

360° Rotating Plug: The series offers a 360° rotating plug, allowing for flexible cable routing during installation. This flexibility is especially important in tight spaces where precise cable positioning is necessary.

Durable Housing: Housed in rugged thermoplastic shells that offer exceptional mechanical and dielectric strength. With IP67 or IP6K9K ingress protection (depending on the size and voltage rating), the SurLok Plus™ is protected against dust, water, and harsh environmental conditions.

Safety-Centric Design: Designed with safety in mind, SurLok Plus™ features a touch-proof construction, preventing accidental contact with live components. The optional HVIL (High Voltage Interlock) and EMI shielding ensure additional protection, particularly in sensitive high-voltage applications.
