Description
BSC (Battery Swap/Stack Connection) system provides a modular blind mate system for compact power & signal requirements. A variable frame design using aluminum extrusions provides unlimited customization while maintaining durability and rigidity in a cost-effective package. This series combines a high-strength thermoplastic shell, aluminum alloy frame, precision stamped terminals, and high-conductivity machined power contacts for optimal electrical and mechanical performance. BSC provides various modular inserts for up to 1000VDC and terminal options to handle from size 20 (7.5A) thru 12mm pins (450A) accommodating 0.35mm2 thru 120mm2 cable.
